In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Aug. 26 against Jody Lyn Schad of Jefferson on a charge of harassment- third degree. Schad was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $5 county enforcement surcharge and $140 court costs. Schad was initially charged with assault displaying a dangerous weapon and domestic abuse assault- first offense.
A judgment for a $100 fine with a $35 surcharge was entered against Douglas Duane Owen of Farnhamville on a charge of interference with official acts. He must also pay a $5 county enforcement surcharge and $116.80 court costs.
A judgment was entered against David Hoyle of Churdan on a charge of interference with official acts. He was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge and a $5 county enforcement surcharge. Court costs were $83.
A judgment was entered against Gabriela Elizabeth Pena of Jefferson on a charge of harassment- third degree, amended from assault. She was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge and a $5 county enforcement surcharge. Court costs were $60.
A judgment for a $65 fine with a $35 surcharge was entered against Nastassia Chanel Goff of Grand Junction on a charge of interference with official acts. She must also pay a $5 county enforcement surcharge and $60 court costs.
A judgment was entered against Mark David Burgart of Churdan on a charge of violation of protective order. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $5 county enforcement surcharge. Court costs were $81.
A judgment was entered against Chelsea Suzette Flack of Jefferson on a charge of unlawful use of a driver’s license, amended from a charge in district court of possession of a fictitious license/ID.
